Finishes

Traditional construction with exterior walls made of hollow bricks with internal plaster finish.

Individual electric underground heating with individual thermostats upstairs, and a high performance fireplace on ground floor.

Interior floors on the ground floor and bathrooms floors in the upper level will be made of high quality porcelain tile-type. Bedrooms will have vinyl wood floors and exterior floors will be made of concrete.

Dark-colored anodized aluminum openings with double glazed panes on ground floor and motorized electric blinds in bedrooms.

Bedroom closets, bathroom and kitchen furniture will be made of  melamine (to be defined).

Provision for washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
